This tour serves as an opportunity for you to see Harmony Academy. It is part tour, part conversation. We know that every family comes to us with a different story and experiences. We want to get to know your unique story and give you the opportunity to learn how we can best support your student in their recovery. At the end of the tour, you can take time to decide how to best move forward. Next steps will include completing enrollment paperwork and scheduling your student for a shadow day.

We ask that every prospective student shadow a current Harmony student before we enroll them. Shadow Days help give prospective students the opportunity to see what a typical day at Harmony looks like. They are able to ask their current student guide questions peer to peer. Student must start the shadow day at the beginning of the school day and stay until school ends. To start the day, we need to have the completed enrollment packet in our hands. This is also a great opportunity for us to answer any questions you have about the enrollment packet and copy any documents we need to have on file.

When the Shadow Day goes well, our office staff will start the logistical process to get your student in our system. They'll get a student ID number which they will need to get a school lunch account, and the transportation request will be set up as early as possible. Typically, we start our students on Wednesdays.
